All parents who have email addresses on file with the school have been sent their username and password either at the beginning of the school year or when they enrolled their child(ren) during the year. Upper classmen may also have their own username and password which allows them access to their class pages, grades, and assignments.

(Please note that these usernames and passwords will roll over into the new year if you are continuing with the school.)

If you have forgotten your username or password, once you click on the Gradelink Portal button below, please click the “Forgot Password” link. You will need to use the email address that the school has on file. If you are still unable to access the portal, please contact the school.

Lunch

Harmon Prep does not provide in-house lunch and we encourage families to send a healthy lunch each day.
If parents would like to order lunch they may use the lunch form online.

  • Ordered lunch will be a healthy lunch complete with drinks.
  • Orders must be submitted through the lunch form online.
  • Same day orders must be submitted by 9 am.
  • Payment is due via cash or card the day lunch is served

Uniforms

Uniforms are required at Harmon Prep School. Uniforms help create a sense of community and school pride. They allow scholars to worry less about what they wear and focus more on the purpose of Harmon Prep-learning. There is no particular footwear required. However,scholars must wear closed toe shoes at all times.

Preschool Uniform

All preschool age students wear the school issued polo shirt and navy blue or khaki bottoms Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. On Wednesdays, preschoolers wear the school issued oxford shirt. Girls wear the school issued cross tie and plaid skirt or skort. Boys wear the school issued oxford shirt, a tie and regular school bottoms. All students must wear socks and closed toe shoes of their choice. No sandals are allowed at any time.

Elementary Uniform

Secondary students wear the same uniform every day. Girls wear the school issued oxford shirt, cross tie and plaid skirt or skort. Girls may wear khaki or navy pants when the weather is cold or inclement. Boys wear the school issued oxford shirt, tie, and navy blue or khaki bottoms. All students must wear socks and closed toe shoes of their choice. No sandals are allowed at any time.

Our sole uniform provider is Ibiley Uniforms (with the exception of the PE uniforms which are purchased at school). Uniforms can be purchased at www.childrensworlduniform.com.

Classroom Parent

Teachers are always looking for help with organizing class activities, in class read alouds, and provides class needs as they arise.

Parent Teacher Association

We are always looking for parents to work with our staff on events and give input to better our school community.

Special Events

If it’s our first day, Christmas Luncheon, or field day, we are always looking for help with set up and clean up.

Talent Showcase

Students love to see what adults can do. Parents are invited to present students with hidden talents and abilities.

Field Trips

There’s no such thing as too many parents on a field trip. Students and teachers love when parents participate in learning off campus.
